Inventory Clarity System

Every pallet, every linen, every tool — counted by the building itself. Stock, books, and orders stop disagreeing.

Operators whose stock counts, accounts, and order system never quite match
How we work

We sit with your business. We find the operational problem costing you the most. We build the system that fixes it.

The Problem

The warehouse says one thing. The ledger says another. The order system says a third. Somebody has to walk the floor with a clipboard to find out which is true — and by the time they've finished, the count has moved again.

What We Built

RFID readers at every gate, bay and dispatch lane. Each physical motion is a digital event: the floor plan updates, the journal entry posts, and the linked order changes status — all within two seconds, all from the same source of truth.

What Changed

Cycle counts dropped from a full day to ten minutes. Phantom stock disappeared. The finance team stopped reconciling stock against accounts by hand because the two were always already in agreement.

Example deployment

One example of how we'd wire this capability. We'd shape it to your business.

How it fits the three pillars

One system, three jobs.

Automation

Physical motion drives the system, not data entry. The reader fires, the ledger posts, the order updates — no human keystroke in between.

Audit Trails

Every SKU carries its full history: which gate, which operator, which timestamp. Disputes get resolved by reading the record, not by re-counting the warehouse.

Anomaly Detection

Not the primary focus for this system.

Analytics

Live dwell times, throughput per gate, and mismatch causes feed straight into the dashboard — so operations stops being a guessing game.
